The community of SEEDS students are:
Struggling readers from all social backgrounds,
Economically disadvantaged youngsters,
English language learners, students with
Specific learning disabilities, and language
Every day more than 20,000,000 SEEDS students
live with disregarded or undiagnosed “functional illiteracy.”
These students will not have the basic literacy skills to read, to write, and to think critically about subject matter or to live out their dreams.
It is up to US to help them.
We can change the course of history—for each child and for our country.
